My Past Crazy Eating Habits
Fortunately, we are in the era of food heaven. There is a variety of food, snacks, and drinks from natural ones to artificial ones in the world. 90% of my brain is occupied with food because we usually make a decision of what to eat three times a day. Today, I explain my somewhat unique and abnormal eating habits.
Basically, my priority is staying in shape. Following this, I also consider food nutrients when choosing food. When I was a high school student, I used to be fatter and was made fun of by others calling me 'a fat guy’. Although I was not so fat at all, I was in a soccer club and everyone is thin, so it seemed a little thick compared to others. I guess this experience shaped my current thought in turn. Additionally, I liked a Japanese female idol group and their beauty motivates me to maintain a healthy and thin physique as well.
I successfully lost weight significantly while increasing my muscles in just 2 months. Looking back, it was a hard process that included daily food consumption within 1500kcal. To accomplish this insane limitation, I ate non-taste foods and very little amount of food. This led to significant weight loss, but at the same time, I suffered from insomnia.
